After depositing, you can check the deposit status on the "Deposit Details" page:
1. Log in to the platform
2. Click "Deposit Details" in the user menu
3. View the status of the latest deposit record
Deposit Status Explanation
- Completed: Deposit successful, amount has arrived.
What if it hasn't arrived after timeout?
If it still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes:
1. Check if the payment was successfully completed.
2. Check the order status in "Deposit Details".
3. Contact customer service and provide the order number.
