Accessing the Billing Center
1. Log in to the platform
2. Click the user menu in the upper right corner
3. Select "Billing Center"
Billing Center Display Content
Statistics Cards
Top of the page displays consumption statistics:
- This Month's Consumption: Total consumption amount for the current month
- Pending Bills: Number of bills pending payment
- Paid Bills: Number of bills paid
- Cumulative Consumption: Historical cumulative consumption amount
Bill List
Each bill record includes:
- Bill Number: e.g., BILL202602001
- Bill Month: The month the bill belongs to
- Cloud Vendor: AWS/Tencent Cloud International Edition/BytePlus/Huawei Cloud International Edition
- Account: Cloud account email (partially hidden)
- Consumption Amount: The consumption amount for this bill
- Status:
- Pending Payment: Bills that need to be paid
- Paid: Bills that have been paid
- Generation Time: Bill generation date
Operation Buttons
Each bill allows the following operations:
- Details: View detailed bill information
- Download: Download the bill file
- Payment: Pay pending bills (Only pending bills are displayed)
Filter Bills
Filtering functions are available at the top of the page:
- Billing Month: Select a specific month
- Cloud Vendor: Select a specific cloud vendor or all vendors
- Billing Status: Select all statuses/pending payment/paid/low balance
Click the "Search" button to filter, and click "Reset" to clear the filter criteria.
Batch Operations
- Select multiple bills
- Click the "Batch Download" button to download bills in batches.
