Account Information Protection
In the account list of the Member Center, account email addresses are partially hidden (e.g., ali*@example.com) to protect your privacy.
What You Can Do
1. Regularly Check Account Status
- Log in to the Member Center regularly
- Check if your account status is normal
- Check if your available credit is abnormal
2. Top Up Promptly
- Maintain sufficient account balance
- Avoid service interruptions due to insufficient balance
3. Pay Attention to Abnormal Situations
If you find any of the following abnormalities, please contact customer service immediately:
- Abnormal account status
- Abnormal balance changes
