Top-up Steps
Step 1: Access the Top-up Page
1. Log in to the platform
2. Click "Self-Service Top-up" in the navigation bar
3. Or click the "Account Top-up" button in the Member Center
Step 2: Select a Cloud Platform
On the top-up page, select the cloud platform you want to top up:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Tencent Cloud International Edition
- BytePlus
Step 3: Select a Cloud Account
Select the cloud account you want to top up from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Enter the Top-up Amount
You can:
- Click the Quick Amount button
- Or enter any amount in the "Custom Amount" input box
Step 5: Select a Payment Method
Select USDT as the payment method.
Step 6: Confirm Top-up
Click the "Confirm Top-up" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the USDT payment.
Check your recharge details after recharge
After recharge:
1. Go to the "Recharge Details" page
2. Check the recharge status
3. Recharge usually arrives within 10-30 minutes
Important Notes
- Please ensure you select the correct cloud account
- Verify the recharge amount
- Save your payment receipt
- Contact customer service immediately if you encounter any problems
