Top-up Methods
The platform supports topping up existing Tencent Cloud International Edition accounts.
Top-up Steps
Step 1: Access the Top-up Page
1. Log in to the platform.
2. Click "Self-Service Top-up" in the top navigation bar.
3. Select "Tencent Cloud International Edition" from the drop-down menu.
Alternatively:
- Find your Tencent Cloud account in the Member Center.
- Click the "Top-up" button.
Step 2: Select Cloud Platform
On the top-up page, click the "Tencent Cloud International Edition" tab.
Step 3: Select Cloud Account
Select the Tencent Cloud account you want to top up from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Enter the Top-up Amount
Choose quick amount or enter manually:
Step 5: Select Payment Method
Select USDT payment method.
Step 6: Complete Payment
Use USDT-TRC20 QR code payment.
Recharge Arrival Time
- Normally: 10-30 minutes
- If the recharge hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, please contact customer service.
View Recharge History
1. Go to the "Recharge Details" page
2. Check the recharge order status
3. Confirm whether the recharge was successful.
View Account Balance
1. Go to "Member Center"
2. View the "Available Balance" of your Tencent Cloud account in the cloud account list.
