Accessing the Member Center
1. Log in to the platform
2. Click the User menu in the upper right corner
3. Select "Member Center"
Cloud Account List Display
On the Member Center page, you can see a list of all cloud accounts, including the following information:
Account Information
- UID: Unique identifier for the cloud account
- Account: Cloud account email address (partially hidden, e.g., ali*@example.com)
- Available Credit: Current available balance of the account
- Status:
- Normal: The account is functioning normally
- Insufficient Balance: The account balance is low and needs to be topped up
- Joining Time: Account creation date
Action Buttons
- Top Up: Click to directly top up the account
Filtering and Searching
Filtering functions are provided at the top of the page:
- Cloud Provider: Select a specific cloud provider (AWS/Tencent Cloud/BytePlus/Huawei Cloud)
- Account: Enter the account to search
Click the "Search" button to query, and click "Reset" to clear the filter criteria.
Quick Operations
On the Member Center page, you can also:
- Click the "Apply for Account" button: Apply for a new cloud account
- Click the "Account Top-up" button: Top up your account
